Your body is pure energy. Energy healing assists your body to heal itself. You don't need to believe in energy healing for it to help you, but you must be open to receiving the healing and believe that your body can heal.

Your Expectations

You may want to achieve specific outcomes from your healing session; however, you may have old injuries or ailments that you are unaware of, which need to be cleared first.  The energy will go to where it is needed most.

​

While one session may be all you need, it is possible you may need 3 to 4 sessions, over time. This is entirely up to you. You decide how many sessions you need. I don't pressure clients to book further sessions.

​

During a healing session you may notice energy shifts, see a range of colours, feel heat, or nothing at all. You don’t need to feel, or see the energy to receive the full benefits of healing.

 

The energy will keep working in your body for up to three days after the session, sometimes longer. During that time, please avoid any physical activities that raise your heart rate for long periods, stay hydrated and refrain from drinking alcohol, as this helps to clear any toxins releasing from your body.

Sometimes healing can spark a healing crisis.

While you may feel highly energised immediately after a session, there is a small chance that you feel a little worse on the day of the session, and then improve the following day. This may happen after a particularly deep healing session, as your body releases old trauma and blocked energy.
