Updated: Aug 21

Energy healing modalities have been around for centuries, and they continue to be popular today. These modalities involve the use of energy to balance and restore the body, mind, and spirit. The number of modalities available today is growing, some of them are very old and some of them are new.

Energy Healing Modalities

This curated list of Energy Healing Modalities Guide is alphabetical. If you know of a healing modality that is not included here please let me know.

Disclosure: I have not experienced all of the modalities in this list and so I cannot endorse them. The list is to assist you with finding those modalities that may enrich your healing journey - whether you are here to learn a new modality or to find one to help you heal. Should you explore any modalities that are new to you - please use your discernment and look for recommendations that endorse the healer.

Please be aware that energy healing modalities compliment modern medicine, but they should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment for serious health conditions. If you have a serious or longstanding health condition, it is always best to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before trying any new treatment or modality.
