Lift Your Vibration, Love Your Life

The level of your energy, or vibration is important. You know when it's high, because you feel light, happy and life feels good. When your vibration drops, you don’t feel anywhere near as good. We're all vibrating at a frequency, all things are. When you lift your vibration your life flows with more ease and the result is a healthier happier you because you attract higher vibration things and people into your life like a magnet.

There are lots of quick ways that you can lift your vibration every day


I recommend finding one or two ways that will bring your vibration up quickly. Here are some to try:

  • Listening to uplifting music ~ if it makes me want to move my body, it’s a good sign it will lift my vibration. I try to avoid music with negative lyrics. So, if you love the beat but the words aren't working for you, change the words and make it your own song.

  • Laughter is such an instant vib lifter ~ there is a growing body of research that has identified the many amazing health benefits that laughter can bring. Did you know that fake laughter is as effective for your health as real laughter? Your body can’t tell the difference. So, if you don’t feel in the mood to laugh, try fake laughing. The funny thing (excuse the pun) is that when you start fake laughing you can often end up laughing for real. It's as contagious as a smile!

  • Force a smile ~ this works like magic for lifting your vibe and feeling better more positive.

  • Pat your cat, or dog

  • Think about someone you love

  • Identify what's good in your life

  • Increase your self talk

  • Make a gratitude list

  • Call someone who lifts your mood when you speak to them

  • Plan to do something you love

  • Improve your self-talk ~ ask yourself better questions, like:

    • What's my plan to reach my goals?

    • What am I really good at? (you get the idea)


Is there something you love to do, that's not on this list?

Some Things To Avoid: as they lower your vibration:

  • Listening to bad news

  • Gossiping

  • Stop asking yourself negative questions like:

    • Why does this sh*t happen to me?

    • Why am I so stupid?

Changing your negative self-talk to positive self-talk can make a huge difference to your long-term happiness and wellbeing. It’s all about the questions that you ask yourself. When you ask your brain a question, it sets to finding the answer. So, if you are asking negative questions like ‘why am I so stupid? Your brain starts looking for the evidence. If you ask yourself more positive questions – your brain will work on finding answers to those instead.

Your ego is the monkey mind that rules your life when you spend all your time in your head. Your higher self is accessible when you are feeling and living from your heart.


Lifting your vibration can be fun...

Try breaking any negative patterns as they arise.

Try lifting your vibration when someone does something that Pisses you off!

Like when you have been cut off in traffic, try one of the ideas above so you can maintain a high vibration, be in flow, and have a great day. Rather than going to the dark side, and having a rant.

Breathe deeply and don't let anyone steal your happy!
