The Connection Between Your Aura and Spiritual Growth

Updated: Jun 28

The concept of the aura (the energy field that surrounds you) has been around for centuries. Semyon and Valentina Kirlian, back in the 1930s discovered a way to photograph the energy field around living things, which is now known as Kirlian photography.

Ancient Hindu and Buddhist traditions, believed that the aura was a representation of a person's karma or life force. In Western culture, the concept of the aura gained its popularity in the late 19th century, with the rise of spiritualism and theosophy.

"The aura is a subtle, luminous energy field that surrounds all living things, and it holds the key to our physical, emotional, and spiritual health." - Barbara Brennan, former NASA physicist and Author of 'Hands of Light.'

Scientists who have studied the electromagnetic fields around living things, including the human body, and suggest that this may be related to the aura. Many people can see or sense the aura. There are practitioners who specialize in aura reading and aura healing.

The aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds and sits inside the body and is made up of different colours, each representing different aspects of a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

For example, red is often associated with passion, energy, and strength, while blue is associated with calmness, communication, and spiritual growth. The colours and their meanings can vary depending on the practitioner or tradition, but the general idea is that the aura is a reflection of your inner state.

"The aura is the energy field that connects us to the universe and to each other. It is the source of our intuition, creativity, and spiritual insight." - Cyndi Dale, internationally renowned author, speaker and healer.

The aura is affected by a person's thoughts, emotions, and actions, that is why it is dynamic and constantly changing. The colours of the aura can shift and blend together depending on a person's mood, health, and spiritual practices.

Working with the aura can have therapeutic benefits, such as reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and promoting overall well-being. Aura cleansing, uses energy to clear away negative or stagnant energy from the aura, and repair any rips, tears or holes in the aura.

From a spiritual perspective, the aura is seen as an extension of a person's consciousness and inner state of being. As a person grows spiritually, their aura becomes stronger and brighter, reflecting their higher levels of consciousness and spiritual awareness.

Healing your body and mind needs to be easy... and it totally can be.
